When used with a sealing appliance， this heavy-duty nylon-reinforced wrap preserves food's flavor and freshness for up to five times longer than other storage methods. This is because the bags have channels that make air removal more efficient and a 5-ply construction that offers a better barrier against moisture and oxygen in either the refrigerator or freezer. The bags actually prevent freezer burn plus they are conveniently safe for boiling or the microwave to make reheating frozen home-cooked meals a cinch.
